On-Demand Pilates Classes

Individuals must sign up as a member of www.ThePilates Physiotherapist.co.uk website and have paid for a plan to be able to access the classes.

A new class will be added by Wednesday each week and access will be available to the back catalogue of pervious classes during the plan period.

Classes will last between 45 and 60 minutes.

These classes are pre-recorded and are, therefore, unsupervised.  They are a mixed ability class and each exercise is introduced in levels of difficulty.  It is the individual’s responsibility to progress the exercise at the rate according to their own ability.

An assessment document must be completed prior to starting the programme and emailed to kellysmithphysio@gmail.com.

A Pilates assessment or a beginners Pilates programme must be completed and by signing up to a plan, all clients confirm that they understood the key Pilates principles prior to starting these classes.

It is the individual’s responsibility to terminate a programme, should they experience any problems, such as pain, and contact their Physiotherapist for guidance before resuming these exercises.

If there are any changes in relation to medication or medical conditions, you should email kellysmithphysio@gmail.com so that records can be updated.
