1-2-1

Exercises within a 1-2- 1 session are tailored to your needs and can take place in a venue which suits you. They allow exclusive time with a Physiotherapist to meet your bespoke goals for greater development and progression. They are ideal for those who cannot attend a class on a regular basis, as you are provided with an individualised programme to work on at home, between sessions, or for those who want to see quicker results or review their technique. 1-2- 1 sessions may also be advised prior to joining a class if recovering from injury, if closer monitoring is required.

 

SMALL GROUP

Pilates in small groups can be a great way to exercise with your friends or colleagues to enable you to exercise at a time or place which suits your needs. Closer attention can be provided within smaller groups.
